    GET SOME KNOWLEDGE ABOUT DIWALI  Diwali is festival of lights and happiness. Diwali symbolizes the  "victory of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance". We decorate our house with lighting, divas, candle and flowers. Diwali is celebrated after twenty days of Vijayadasham i   (Dussehra).Diwali is mainly five days festival. First day we celebrated Dhanteras . Dhanteras is derived from Dhan which means wealth and Teras meaning t hirteenth, mark it is celebrated on thirteenth day of month Ashwin or kartik and beginning of Diwali.  It's belief that on this day we used to buy something it will be good luck. And on this we light one diva in our home.     On the second day we celebrated chhoti Diwali , also called Naraka chaturdashi.  The term "chhoti" means little, while "Naraka" means hell and "Chaturdashi" means "fourteenth".                                                          Golden Temple  Golden Temple is located in Amritsar in Punjab.It is 347.6 km far from Haryana. We took car to travel and ride 6 hr 34 min to reach the Amritsar. There is a lot of things in Punjab for travel like Rose garden in Chandigarh, Jallianwala bagh  but one of the best place is GOLDEN TEMPLE. As we all know that the Golden Temple is built with gold and also known as swarn mandir or Darbar Sahib or Harminder Sahib. It is holiest place of Sikh. This temple welcomes everyone that doesn'nt matter in which caste, race, religion you belong. They welcome all which their open arms. There is a ritual that you have to cover your head, it is compulsory for both men and women even for kids also. And short dresses or off shoulder dresses are not allowed you have to wear long dresses. ...
